How can a broker increase the flow of real clients to himself?
The way of one broker who worked for a large company and was not getting enough leads.
He was already working for an agency, but as often happens, the applications were not enough for him, so he turned to us to get additional clients and sell more.
Anton, that was our client's name, turned out to be an expert in off-plan properties in the areas of: Dubai Marina, JLT, JVC and Dubai Hills. We took advantage of this because building off the competition in the real estate market is super important!
For those situations where our client only needs real estate clients - we have a CPQL referral where we only give real clients who have already gone through our qualification department and are ready to zoom with brokers.
What we've done.
- We set up advertising for properties that are currently in the top sales and the broker is expert at selling them
- Set up lead referrals with call and correspondence recordings done by our qualification department
- Started referring clients
- Tracked the processing of applications and helped bring clients to deals.
Result:
We received 1000+ applications in 3 months.
The client didn't waste any time processing - our qualification department chimed in and warmed up and we passed on 50 clients interested in buying.
At this point, it's been 3 months since launch and 4 people have purchased off-plan apartments totaling $1,880,000.
At an average commission of 4% = $75,200
Another 3 people are in the process of negotiations and will probably buy within the next 2-3 months, which will bring another 50-80K commission.
