How to find a contractor who doesn`t drain money?

Fourth, post a job on sites where people are looking for work and collect resumes.


When we talk to 10-20 contractors we will clearly see who really understands what they are doing and who is talking numbers out of their head and not sure of anything.

The ideal scenario is to choose 3-5 contractors by criteria: niche experience, results, testimonials, cases, service.
Give them a test budget for 1-3 days and take those who show the best result. And the result is not in money, but in the quality and volume of applications.
