Cold Chamber - Cold Room

Cold chamber; Depending on the product feature to be stored, it is the most preferred form of storage today. Cold stores must be conditioned between -5 ° C and + 5 ° C as standard. Retention periods; it varies according to product quality and storage time. If a suitable temperature level is provided, the stored products will be preserved without the risk of deterioration during their storage period.

Cold Storage Chamber Features:

Chamber’s ceiling and floor parts of the room will be formed from sandwich panels with polyurethane filling. The chamber’s floor is in large square meter warehouses; XPS floor insulation is made by pouring concrete reinforced with iron on it. Our panel; between two sheets, 42kg /m³ (+ -2%) density is filled with Polyurethane and outer surfaces are hygienic. Both surfaces of the wall and ceiling panels are manufactured from hot dip galvanized sheet metal that has 50mm thickness and painted with polyester based paint in color code RAL9002. On the floor of the chamber, a Plywood coated floor panel is used that has a durable and slip-resistant surface.

In the inner and outer corner joints of the panels, special accessories manufactured from the same material as the panel surfaces are used.

Our panel has female - male interlocking and they’re locked. They can be disassembled if necessary.

Lighting fixtures and cold-resistant special luminaires are used as standard for lighting the chamber.

Cold Chamber’s Door Features:

The doors have a high quality, useful and aesthetic design.

Hinged type doors are produced with 90 x 190 cm net transition as standard.

Sliding type doors are produced with 200 x 250 cm net transition as standard.

All the doors are lockable from the outside. Hinges are of the rising type.

Even if the door is locked, it has a phosphor anti-panic handle that can be opened from the inside.

The surface sheet of our doors is polyester painted on standard galvanized coating.

In the door leaf, 42kg / m³ (+ -2%) polyurethane is injected between the two sheets.

Aluminum profiles and silicon-based curved tires are used on the door edges.

Cooling Groups Features:

The radiator assemblies are CE certified.

Our devices are produced as completely closed type or open type according to the project to withstand the most difficult outdoor conditions.

Environmentally friendly R-404A (CFC Free) refrigerant is used in all our devices.

All of our devices use first class European materials and high quality Compressors made in Europe.

Condensers used are specially designed and manufactured. Considering the regional conditions where the cold room will be installed, + 45 ° C condensation has been chosen.

The sound levels of the outdoor units of our devices comply with the European Norms and silent operation is ensured thanks to the low speed high quality fans used.

Thanks to the automatic fan control feature in our devices, the condenser fans start and stop automatically.

Our devices are equipped with low and high pressure control and protection systems to ensure the highest level of safety and longevity of the equipment used.

High precision and high quality digital control system is used in our devices to adjust the room temperature to the desired value.

Our devices are fully automatic, digital and manual defrost controlled and microprocessor with 29 different parameters.
