Paint film performance

Paint film performance:
1. Appearance of the coating film: refers to whether the coating film is smooth, whether there are particles, bubbles, flowers, construction marks, etc.
2. Gloss: The parameter of the ability of Henry paint film to reflect light. Gloss is a very significant feature of paint film, which has a great influence on the decorative performance of paint. High-gloss paint is easy to show the defects of the substrate, so it has higher requirements for the flatness and roughness of the substrate.
3. Hardness: Hardness refers to the resistance of the paint film to foreign objects invading its surface. The hardness of the paint film is one of the important properties of its mechanical strength. Coating thickness gauge can be used to test the paint film thickness.
4. Transparency: The paint film shows the degree of clarity of the substrate, the effect of a paint with good transparency has a strong three-dimensional effect, and the dark-colored board has a higher requirement for transparency.
5. Hand feeling: The lubricating feeling of touching the paint film by hand after the paint film has dried.
The thickness standard of the paint film bai is based on the national standard construction specification. When the design is not required, the deviation of the dry film thickness of the paint is -25 microns. Then the allowable deviation of each layer is -5 microns, which is the construction acceptance specification.
"When the design is not required, the deviation is -25 microns. However, if the design requires it, the spraying thickness can only be greater than or equal to the design required thickness. The unit measuring point can have a thickness lower than the design requirement, but the measurement The average value of the points must be greater than or equal to the design requirements.
According to the national standard "GB1768-(79)88 Paint Film Abrasion Resistance Test Method", the JM-1 type paint film abrasion tester is used. After a certain number of rotations, the weight loss of the paint film is used to express its abrasion resistance.
Because the weight loss method is not affected by the thickness of the paint film, the smaller the weight loss, the better the wear resistance for the same load and rotation. It is more suitable for measuring road marking paint and floor paint.
