Interview with Aleksej Kozlov
How did you first hear about S95?
In Telegram t.me/belgradewinerun
What motivated you to start participating in S95 events?
Need for communication (mostly in Russian) and socialization
How long have you been running or jogging?
Do you have any specific goals for your running, such as improving your time or distance?
Keeping fit. Improving speed and endurance.
Vadim would like to add: AFAIR, Aleksej tried many times to break 18:00 in our S95, and he managed to do it in July - one more reason to join us!
What do you enjoy most about participating in S95?
Banana cake :) and other after-run deserts
Have you participated in any other running events or races?
Vadim would like to add: In my opinion, Aleksej is very shy. In the summer season he participates in some trail in Serbia, BiH or Montenegro almost every weekend. So, now he's a rare guest in our #S95 runs but of course we're glad to see him again!
How often do you train or exercise outside of S95 events?
What is your favorite part of the S95 course here?
What is your favorite volunteering position?
Do you have any running tips or advice for beginners?
Your workouts should be varying and interesting
Do you have any memorable experiences or stories from previous S95 events?
My best 5 km time was on S95 event just one week after a tough 90km 5000+ race
Are you involved in any other community or fitness activities?
