Task
Set up advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to attract people to view and buy real estate in Odessa.

Previously, the client launched advertising campaigns independently and also worked with contractors. The cost of the request varied greatly depending on the type of property: budget smart apartments or premium residential properties.


What we did
1. Developing an advertising strategy
As part of the product study, we identified several audience segments based on property class: 18-26 years old for budget properties (up to $10k per apartment), 25-55 for mid-range and premium properties.


We were given access to a CRM-system with all the information on current housing estates and promotions on them. Selection of advertised objects was carried out by us with coordination with the client.


Due to the fact that the client had previously advertised on a lead form, his sales department already had an idea of how to work with them. Therefore, the goal of the advertising campaign was chosen "Lead Generation" - the easiest way for the target audience to leave a request. In real estate sales, lead forms play an important role, because they allow you to generate applications in large volume and at low cost. With the receipt of an application, the sales department comes into work and leads the potential client through all the stages up to the purchase.


2. Development of advertising creatives
When developing advertising creatives, we used photos from Dominanta NA from the objects, as well as renderings of developers. The main offers were promotions and special offers (reduced price per m², a certain number of meters as a gift, interest-free installments).
When developing the texts, it was decided to specify accurate information without water. Only the main characteristics and advantages of the LCD were used.


Results
During the work on the project we achieved the following results:


1059 leads;
$2.29 - cost per lead;
61 days of the advertising campaign.
