3.1 The administrator has the right to issue a punishment at his discretion. 3.2 The administrator has the right to change the rules without warning users. 3.3 The issuance may be limited by the decision of the administrator without explanation of the reasons and the return of funds. In this case, user support is terminated. 3.4 Inappropriate behavior and devaluation of services is punishable by termination of support and maintenance. Money is not returned.
