A case study of how we built a sales funnel and earned almost $4 million🍋 with a ROI payback of 3145% in our company

I made a mistake in one of the launch stages — I lost everything.

In this case, I want to show the logic of launching million-dollar projects and how my team and our chief expert created something that at the moment brought us $4 million in 3 months on such products:

Background:

In January, my team and I set a goal - to earn $4 million in 3 months and tell about it publicly in front of our entire audience. And also what actions were taken to achieve such a result.

We showed all this information in a closed telegram group, you could get into it by paying only $ 6.67. They showed how we bought advertising, how we recruited subscribers and applications for our products, how we worked with bloggers. They showed all the figures, how much each subscriber costs and how much an application for all products costs. How the team works, what budgets we spent and how we turned every $1000 into $30,000.

Stage 1 - Traffic to a closed group on a reality show

We connected 3 traffic sources: Instagram, Vkontakte and Yandex and started pouring budgets on the telegram bot. After subscribing to the bot, a chain of warming letters was made and a paid subscription to the telegram group was closed at a cost of $ 6.67.

It was possible to do more, the problem is probably that we do not sell our services very cheaply, while doing our job better than anyone in the market, and sometimes we mess up, but we admit mistakes, while the % of shoals is extremely low

By the way, if we take the turnover across the entire network, together with the franchise and advertising budget, then the entire network makes an average of 750 million rubles a month, soon we will do analytics and bring it to public access, you will see how our network makes almost a billion a month. It's bad that we can't spend all this money through 1 checking account yet, due to the fact that we will get VAT, so each franchazi spends through its own companies or sole proprietors, we only get cashbacks and leave% of the submitted applications.

But when we find a way to spend through a central checking account, we will immediately be worth half a billion dollars, since our annual revenue will be about the same half a billion.

The reason is the capacity of the company, when we sold almost 100 franchises in a month, we needed to greatly increase the team, hire service managers, increase the team of mentors, this is not so easy to do, quality is important to us, not quantity.

That is, if we continued to sell and sell, then our support department would simply burst and there would be a lot of negativity, we had this a few years ago, because we began to treat our partners with trepidation and devote maximum time to each franchisee so that everyone would have a result in profit.
