Vacancy: Sales Manager (with expertise of attracting new highrisk merchants in fintech/payment system/payment providers)

Employment contract: Hybrid/Office, Full time

Will do:

- Actively attract and onboard new merchants, with a primary focus on driving merchant traffic across Europe;

- Manage negotiations, presentations, and commercial offers;

- Support clients through the full cycle - from first contact to onboarding;

- Collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams for smooth client launches;

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs;

- Work in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and quick onboarding cycles.

Required:

- B2B sales experience in fintech, payments or high-risk segment is a strong advantage;

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;

- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines;

- Self-organization, proactivity, and result-orientation;

- Fluent English;

- Existing network of “warm” industry contacts will be an advantage.
