Job Title: Visa & Mastercard Compliance Expert (Fintech | Payments | Highrisk)

- Oversee and manage the setup and continuous operations of IPS in collaboration with Visa and Mastercard;
- Serve as the main point of contact for all operational and strategic interactions with card schemes;
- Provide expert guidance to internal teams on Visa and Mastercard scheme rules and compliance;
Ensure all company activities align with IPS and scheme regulations;
- Interpret and implement regulatory updates and scheme requirements into practical internal policies;
- Monitor and enforce compliance with scheme mandates, deadlines, and evolving requirements;
- Maintain principal membership status and represent the company in all scheme-related communications;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and efficiency;
- Optimize acquiring processes to enhance performance and compliance.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in acquiring, card scheme operations, or payment infrastructure;
- In-depth knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules, regulations, and certification processes, with a focus on UK and European markets;
- Direct experience working with Visa and Mastercard;
- Strong understanding of acquiring workflows, merchant onboarding, transaction routing, and risk management;
- Experience in high-risk industries (e.g., gaming, crypto, adult, financial services) is a significant advantage;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments;
- Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach;
- Ability to navigate complexity in a dynamic regulatory environment;
- Confidence in decision-making and providing constructive feedback;
- Fluency in both English and Russian is essential.
