My gear in action

As a tech nerd, I'm always looking for the tools and apps that will make my work and life more productive or comfortable. No surprise as I spend 16 hours in front of my laptop.

🖊 Writing

Even though I spend most of my time with my Apple devices, I do a lot of note-taking. I use Moleskine A5 for that. I start every day by writing a daily note on one page and my daily checklist on another while having my morning coffee.

💻 Main gear

My daily driver is MacBook Air M1. I also have MacBook Pro 2019 as a backup workforce. Why? Because I live in Bali, and the main thing you should know about local climate is that it is severe with any kinds of devices, especially laptops. So, the best idea is to have a backup laptop if you are going to work here.

📱 Phone

I use iPhone 12 at the moment. I remember when I had iPhone X I was like "That's a good phone, I can live with it for the next 3-4 years". But the truth about Apple devices is that it is cost-effective to upgrade them for the new versions as soon as they are released.

⌨️ Keyboard & Mouse

I'm trying to work on my sitting posture so I have to use a standing for mac, and as a result I use an Apple Keyboard and a Logitech MX Master 2S mouse. My neck is thankful. But as a tech nerd, I'm thinking to have a Keychron Wireless Mechanical keyboard.

🎚 Listening

One of the most important devices in my life is a pair of my Airpods Pro. I use them every day, most part of day when working, when driving, when meditating. When I prepare my music for DJ gigs or when I play, I use Audio Technica M50X.

Other tools

I think one of the biggest life savers for me here in Bali is a Xiaomi Wireless Power Bank 10k mAh. Always with me as well as my bag for wires.
