FantasyTop
In this guide, we’ll break down everything related to FantasyTop on Monad. How do you register and secure your account? How do you get your first cards? How do you join tournaments?
And, of course, how can you make some money here?
This will be the most detailed guide out there right now, so get ready to soak up the info!
What is FantasyTop and Its Connection to Monad?
FantasyTop is a collectible card game that tracks the activity of influencers on Twitter and assigns cards of varying power to the most popular ones. We can collect these cards and use them in tournaments to win a ton of rewards.
The game originally launched on Blast last spring, and back then, people made insane profits from Fantasy. Even without much luck, you could walk away with ~$500 from the testnet, and if you got lucky, even more.
The project already has a solid foundation for growth and, unlike some other Blast projects, hasn’t tarnished its reputation yet. So, we can expect a strong showing on Monad too.
The real beauty of Fantasy is that by grinding it, we’re almost guaranteed a drop from Monad as well. That means we have a shot at earning cash within the project itself through whitelists and cards, plus a drop from a project with over $200M in investment.
ВАЖНО! Единственная загвоздка в том, что FantasyTop требует от нас использовать отдельный, совершенно пустой кошелек на Monad. Вы не можете подключить свой существующий. Но, честно говоря, это не так уж важно.
You don’t need a wallet balance or anything fancy to sign up—just a Twitter or Gmail account.
1. Head to the Fantasy website: CLICK
2. Choose one of the two registration methods. Log in.
3. On your first login, you’ll be prompted to enter a referral code. Use mine: BW3MFH0H
With it, legendary cards will rain down on you!
4. Next, you’ll be offered a chance to claim your first fMON coins and a starter card pack. An error might pop up—that’s normal. Close the window; it’ll reappear after 8+ hours.
5. Super important: Your profile is in the bottom left corner. It shows your username and the approximate value of your cards.
In Profile > Settings, make sure to hit **Export Wallet**.
Save your seed phrase, private key, and wallet address. If you lose access to your Gmail or Twitter, this is the only way to recover your account. Plus, you can use this wallet for other Monad activities.
Once you’ve done all that, your Fantasy account is ready. Now, just wait for your first pack of cards and coins to arrive. “A lot of people complain that pack delivery can take up to 20 hours.” So, be patient and sign up for the next tournaments in the meantime.
- Home Tab: Check out the current “ranking” table of influencers according to the site how many tweets they’ve posted recently, the power of their Common cards, and their prices.
- Marketplace Tab: Find and buy cards of different rarities or place bids on them.
- Shop Tab: This’ll be our favorite. Here, we can buy Fragments, card packs, spin the roulette, and do a daily check-in. Note: Bought packs can’t be opened yet—the team knows and is fixing it.
- Competitions Tab: The tournaments! Here, you can prep 5 cards for each tournament before it starts and track the prizes.
- Profile Tab: Stores all your info, referral link, and card list, plus two handy buttons: Burn and Level Up.
IMPORTANT! According to Discord chatter, XP doesn’t matter right now. Believe it or not—it’s up to you. Personally, I’ll keep farming since it doesn’t take much effort.
What to Do After Getting Your First Cards?
Once the lag clears up, you’ll see a notification on any site page that you can open your packs. They’ll pop up right in front of you, ready to be cracked open.
Open the packs, and you’ll get 15 cards—rarity could even be Legendary!
Your cards will show up in your profile, and you’ll also get 100 fMON credited.
Let’s break down the stats on the cards:
- Top Left Corner – Stars: Shows the card’s “level.” Stars are often a restriction in tournaments.
- Top Right Corner – Rarity: There are 4 tiers:
- Common (x1)
- Rare (x1.5)
- Epic (x2)
- Legendary (x2.5)
Rarity acts as a multiplier for the card’s power in tournaments.
- Below the Card – Influencer’s Nickname: Includes a Twitter link so you can check their activity yourself.
- Green Hexagon – Card Power: This is the base power, multiplied by rarity, and compared against other tournament players. The multiplier can shift live based on the influencer’s hype.
A decent team of 5 Common cards right now should have 2500+ total power. Use that as a benchmark when building your deck.
- Good cards with 600+ power can be snagged for 80 fMON, so it might be smarter to sell some cards and skip gambling in the Shop. Just build a 3k-power deck and dominate the early tournaments.
- Almost any card can be sold for 40-50 fMON or burned for ~51 Fragments (for a Common card). If you can sell a card for more than 30 fMON, do it—it’s more profitable.
- If cards don’t show up for burning, they might already be registered for a tournament. Check the Competitions tab.
Tournaments are like staking your decks—they run for 3 days, and winners are crowned at the end.
There are 5 tournament types, each with its own rules:
In each tournament, the prize pool varies—some dish out more fMON, others offer more whitelist tickets.
1. Reverse
Rarity lowers your card’s power here instead of boosting it. Load up with strong Common cards.
- Winning spots are limited, and rewards are small. Only join if you’ve got spare cards.
- I think a good rank here might boost your future Fantasy drop, so it’s worth a shot at least once.
2. Bronze
Only Common cards allowed, with a max of 18 total stars.
- Better rewards and more winning spots.
3. Silver
Up to 3 Rare cards allowed, max 23 stars.
- Subjectively the best tournament for rewards. Grabbing 3 Rare cards for it is worth it.
4. Gold
Up to 2 Epic cards and 4 Rare cards, max 25 stars.
- Scoring Epic cards is tough, and the rewards aren’t much better than Silver.
5. Elite
The most prestigious league—throw in up to 5 Legendary cards with no star limit.
- A whale’s playground.
At first glance, this activity might seem complex and time-consuming. But once you get through your first tournament, you’ll know which decks to use and where. It’ll get easier from there.
In a testnet, there’s no point sweating card prices or win rates. The key is to show real activity—that’s what’ll get us rewarded.
So don’t skip tournaments, and register your accounts ASAP.
Remember, we’re farming THREE drops at once here: Monad Testnet, Fantasy, and project whitelists.
