Training
Always when working with projects, we create a project management document, a project plan, where we store the main information on the project: the necessary links, audience analysis, competitor analysis, traffic strategy, sales funnel digitization, offers and communications for advertising layouts and daily reporting. That is, we started with the standard: recommendations for improving the funnel, analysis of customers, competitors, strategy development. The usual stages in our work with clients, nothing more. We began to understand that a standard approach to promoting information products would not be enough, it is too unusual a niche where the true reasons for buying are not on the surface.

Any hypothesis in order to hit the real target of the purchase would be just a hypothesis, we decided to proceed differently.
What did we do
We studied the profiles of students before the start of training and the profiles of graduates, compared how people's lives and thinking change after training, what are their deepest pains and what they are really looking for in the course. There are always a lot of insights from this procedure, this time was no exception.
It was decided to conduct interviews with the students of the project, both current students and those who have already unlearned and have the skill of knitting. We prepared questions, asked the client to assemble a focus group and got conclusions that we didn’t even know about.
According to the results of the questionnaire answers, we found out that girls go to the course not for the opportunity to earn money, not for the practical use of jute products, but for the realization of their creative potential. Imagine, for the most part, people did not look for practical application of their new skills, but did it just for the soul, relaxing after work in an easy chair. To say we were surprised is an understatement. Among the respondents there were also people with an entrepreneurial approach, we also did not bypass them. All the meanings inside the funnel, the messages on the creatives, even the scripts of the sales department were changed based on the new data that we found out from our audience.
