So, let's start in order: what benefit did our team bring to the project and what was the key to the result?
Training
We have been working with online schools for more than a year, and like no one else we understand that without competent preparation and a prepared funnel, we will simply lose the budget, the client will not get the proper result, and we will lose our reputation, so we pay special attention to it.
Project plan
For each agency project, we create a project management document where we store the main information: the necessary links, audience analysis, competitor analysis, traffic strategy, sales funnel digitization, offers and communications for advertising layouts, and daily reporting. The client also always gets access to the file.
Audience
Based on the previous developments of the school and the experience of our team in numerous projects from the infobusiness, we identified several segments of the audience who are potentially interested in learning how to speak correctly on camera and look beautiful in the frame.
It turned out 3 segments: entrepreneurs, bloggers and experts . Each avatar was worked out according to a system of 13 questions, the fears, pains and objections of representatives of each segment of the audience were described:
Then we looked at competitors, took into account their mistakes and interesting solutions that we can apply in our work, thereby saving the client's money for testing.

In parallel with the preparation process, a specialist from our team went through the funnel of the school, left his data at each stage and issued a list of recommendations for improving all elements.
We gave recommendations on what meanings to add to the site, what to add to the chat bot, how to change the structure of an email to increase open rates. For us, this is a very important stage, because:
1. We try to be useful to the client not only as good traffic contractors, but also as marketers, because it is extremely important for us that the client earns thanks to our work, and not just a one-time payment for services. 2. Traffic is only a part of the funnel system, for a good result it is important that each element work out 100%, only then our work will be effective for the client.
While we were preparing the project plan, the client was implementing our recommendations for improving the funnel to be fully ready to receive traffic.

Setting up advertising campaigns
The school has a landing-subscription page for registering for the webinar, the "Thank you" page, where the potential client was offered to watch a video instruction to get to know the speaker and increase the conversion of getting into the bot after registering for the webinar:
Therefore, we decided to set up a special facebook conversion, which was performed when this page was hit, in order to eliminate inaccuracy in the display of data.
Everything is launched and sent for moderation, it would seem that it remains to wait for the verification and reap the fruits of the work. But it would be so easy...
First difficulties
Block after block, each of our connections worked for a maximum of a couple of days and flew into the blocking of an advertising account, a business manager, and everything that was possible. After several attempts to bypass the blocking of the social network by replacing phrases in advertising layouts, it became obvious that it was necessary to act radically and gain the trust of the social network in a comprehensive manner in all components of the funnel. We began to work through all the elements of the funnel for the presence of stop words and meanings that the social network could recognize as prohibited, changed the domain, and even gave recommendations for replacing mailing lists.
Stop. But why are we getting into this? After all, we are just traffic contractors, our task is simply to set up advertising campaigns so that they bring some kind of result, why dive into it and do it beyond our work? This is what distinguishes our company from hundreds of other targetologists who can press buttons in the advertising account and sit and wait for the result. We work in the project in a complex way, solving marketing tasks that bring money to the client at the cash desk. Why do it? Obviously, if the client earns, then we earn. It is not interesting and simply unprofitable to enter the project, do a lot of work to prepare for the launch and exit in a month, we want to work for a long time !
So, together with the client "by the hand" we changed the meaning of the landing page, offers on layouts, the content of mailing lists in the bot and email newsletter, confirmed the business manager for maximum trust and rushed into battle
Finally, they calmly passed the moderation and began to fully fill the funnel with traffic. Further, continuous analytics, re-rolling the result, working with end-to-end analytics to increase traffic payback and many, many processes that are commonly called advertising campaigns 😉

The result of this case is due to many factors: the approach of producers and an expert to the project, the development of marketing of the entire sales funnel through the correct meanings for a clearly defined target audience, well-organized team work processes, of course, high-quality traffic and work with analytics, and much, much more. A successful launch of an online school is always influenced by the synergy of contractors and owners, nothing else, I have not seen it otherwise 😊
