Case Study: Lead Generation on FB/Instagram for New Construction Renovations in Dubai

Hello everyone! In this article, we’ll share how we generate a stable flow of leads for new construction renovations in Dubai.

Background: A renovation company approached us. They can handle traffic in Russian and English, but most of the traffic needs to be in English. The company had just launched, so there were no confirmed conversions yet. Our task was to generate leads that would turn into appointments. Average project value: ~$100,000.

At the start, we held a briefing call with the project team to gather all the necessary details for launching the campaigns.

Based on our experience with similar niches and the briefing, we decided to test several funnels:

  • Traffic to direct messages
  • Facebook native lead forms with additional qualifying questions beyond name and phone number
  • Quiz forms with qualification questions

After the first month of testing, we found that Facebook lead forms delivered the best lead quality, so we scaled campaigns there.

In the form, we ask a few questions: the square footage of the project, the planned start date, and contact details.
