Case Study: Facebook/Instagram Ads for Real Estate in Northern Cyprus

Per the client’s request, we worked with a Russian-speaking audience across Europe, and for Poland, we targeted Polish speakers.

Initially, we tested different ad combinations. We used quizzes (surveys) with completely different creatives, but they generated almost no leads. There was only one qualified lead, which was very high-quality, but the cost per lead was extremely high.

From our experience with previous real estate projects, quizzes usually perform well, so we expected results from them—but unfortunately, they didn’t work this time.

Next, we tested Facebook’s native lead form, and leads started coming in immediately. The creatives began performing well, and the conversion from lead to qualified lead reached 35%.
