The authorization PUSH code is not received. What to do?

You need to make sure the VideoVTope application has permissions for PUSH notifications by following these steps👇

1 Go to Smartphone Settings -> Applications -> VideoVTope

2 Go to the Notifications section, enable all permissions to show PUSH notifications

Disabled push notifications in the system

If the previous option does not apply to your case (everything is already included, but no push notifications are received), you need to check the activity of the program in the Android system settings. In the standard system, they are located in the Applications & Notifications submenu. In it you will find VideoVTope either among the last, or in the item "Show all ...". Open the program settings and make sure that the slider in the corresponding menu is in the "Enabled" position. There you can also see (and set) the output of the icon of the incoming message in the indicator line.

If everything is on, but the incoming is not shown in the curtain, you should also look at the item "Data transfer". Make sure the "Background" switch is set to active. If not, toggle it off so the program can communicate with the internet even when minimized to the background.

Example on Samsung Android 9

Samsung -> Smartphone Settings -> Applications -> VideoVTope. Click at the very bottom Notification
Samsung -> Smartphone Settings -> Applications -> VideoVTope -> Notification. Make sure all permissions are given

XIAOMI MIUI

If we talk about alternative OS based on Android, then in MIUI the setting for displaying messages is arranged differently. In the system settings, select "Notifications", in it - "Application notifications". Find the VK client among them, open its parameters and check the switches. If opposite "Show ..." and "Label on the icon" the slider is deactivated - toggle it.

Below are individual settings for each type of event. Those of them, messages about which do not come, but are needed, must be in an active state. If not, fix it by switching things right.

Limiting application activity VideoVTope

Program activity restrictions are more of a MIUI feature that is relevant to Xiaomi. In this system, the mechanisms for managing energy savings are different from those in the stock Android OS. They have been seriously redesigned for the sake of configuration flexibility and user control, but a side effect of these improvements may be the absence of pop-up messages from some applications.

To check activity limits, go to the Power & Performance menu in System Preferences. Select the "Activity Control" submenu, find the VideoVTope application in the list. Check which mode is selected. Particularly often interfere with the display of notifications "Hard limit" or "Soft limit". "Smart mode" also suffers from this when the device is actively used, many programs are launched.

The code never arrives?!

Be sure to restart the VideoVtope app after you changed your phone settings and then go back to VVTopBot and send the code again.
