What is FOMO and how to deal with it?
Surely, if you are engaged in activities related to the constant monitoring of social networks, views of many sites, search for activities, you should be familiar with such a term as "FOMO". If not, this article can help you figure it all out.
FOMO is an acronym that stands for "FEAR OF MISSING OUT". This term means the fear of missing out on some benefit. Let's consider an example: your friend/comrade/acquaintance found some topic, worked hard and tirelessly and soon achieved some results. You, of course, knew about his occupation and perhaps he even offered you help in this, but you refused, because you considered this occupation meaningless and useless. To some extent, you have already caught FOMO because you missed your chance.
This was just one example of FOMO, but there are many in the world of cryptocurrencies. If you systematically miss some moments for earning, you begin to be disappointed in yourself.
- Learn to think critically. You do not need to delve into what is happening in the world, because not everything is as colorful as it may seem at the end. You did not get into some project that made a profit? Think about the fact that you did not lose the resources that were spent by people, in fact, blindly. After all, there were many activities that, for example, scammed and people lost thousands, tens of thousands of dollars, wanting to make an easy profit.
- This is not the first and not the last activity. It is important to remember that everything that happens around is flashes. The world does not cease to exist after you miss an opportunity. Missed Arbitrum, Aptos? It's OK. There are many more breakthrough projects on the way, from which you can snatch well. There are many projects on the horizon right now.
One of the coolest in our opinion is Layer Zero.
- You won't earn all the money. No matter how sad it may sound to many, it is simply impossible to keep track of everything and do all the activities. Every day, dozens of projects appear that, in theory, can give X's and you don't know about them, or maybe you never will.
