WOD GAME RULES
General provisions:
1. These rules are designed for fair and equitable use of the game by all players, as well as to prevent negative impressions due to unsportsmanlike behavior of players, the desire to use it.
2. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from punishment.
3. The rules specify the scope of penalties for violations. The exact penalty depends on the severity of the violation and is left to the discretion of the game administration.
In World of Dogs it is forbidden:
1. Creating alternate characters by the same person from other accounts in order to gain a game advantage over other players, namely:
1.1. Create alternative characters to get the achievements of the referral system, as well as various referral contests.
Punishment: from zeroing referrals to permanently blocking all player characters.
1.2. Simultaneous use of two or more characters of the same player in PvP battles to get the rating of the selected character.
1.2.1. Тhe presence of more than one character in the top of the same rating table of a competition, contest season, or any other event in order to receive multiple prizes for the same rating by different characters.
Punishment for 1.2, 1.2.1: from zeroing the season rating of the player's characters to blocking all the player's characters.
1.3. Create alternate characters and use them in the same clan to gain both clan and personal resources and other benefits.
Punishment: permanent blocking of all player characters.
1.4. Other uses of alternate characters that may result in a game advantage over other players.
Punishment: from removing these benefits to permanently blocking all of the player's characters.
2. Contractual battles, namely, intentionally losing to another player / clan in order to gain the latter game advantages, resources and achievements in various game mechanics, events, PvP seasons, etc.
Punishment: from the removal of all received benefits and penalties to the introduction of restrictions in the use of game functionality for all parties to the contract.
3. Unauthorized trading, namely:
3.1. Purchase/Sale of game resources outside of the game Exchange by means of an agreement on the transfer of funds in ways not provided for by the Exchange's functionality or the purchase of Coins.
Punishment: permanent blocking of all the seller's accounts.
Additionally: the administration is not responsible for such transactions to the buyer.
3.2. Selling or attempting to sell game characters.
Punishment: blocking the character being sold, as well as all the characters of the seller.
3.3. Selling clans.
Punishment: blocking the seller's character, and, at the request of the clan members, transferring the clan to a new leader.
4. Unauthorized automation of the game process, namely:
4.1. Use of third-party bots or other software for the purpose of automatic passage of game functionality.
Punishment: permanent blocking of all characters of the offending player.
4.2. Automation of the exchange.
Punishment: permanent blocking of all characters of the offending player.
4.3. Exploiting the telegram vulnerabilities and other applications required to use the game, for auto-traversing game processes.
Punishment: from temporary to permanent blocking of the character.
5. Using bugs.
5.1. Attempts to hide game resources and any kind of game advantages accidentally obtained as a result of game bugs.
Punishment: from the withdrawal of benefits and resources with penalties to the time limits of the game character.
5.2. Deliberate use of bugs and vulnerabilities in the game in order to gain an advantage over other players.
Punishment: from temporary blocking and penalties, to permanent blocking of the character who used the bug, depending on the impact of the received benefits on the gameplay.
6. Prohibited in relation to other players:
6.1. Violation of the general rules of the game chats when communicating directly in the game.
Punishment: blocking of the functionality related to the possibility of communication, including the one where these violations occurred.
6.2. Cyberbullying, any kind of Internet harassment, threats, solicitation, extortion of personal data, etc., with regard to other players, regardless of the format and on which platforms these actions take place
Punishment: from temporary to permanent blocking of all characters of violators.
6.3. Persistent requests for the transfer of game currency or money in debt.
Punishment: from temporary to permanent blocking of the violator's character. Additionally: the administration is not responsible for the return of resources transferred to the loan, and prohibits the prosecution of debtors, according to paragraph 6.2 of these rules. In the event of a violation 6.3. be sure to inform the administration so that the player receives the appropriate punishment.
7. Transfer access to a character or exchange for other players
Punishment: the administration is not responsible for the possible loss of any game resources and other changes related to the transferred character. If the player you have entrusted access to violates these rules, the character will be subject to the sanctions specified in the relevant paragraphs.
8. Creating nicknames( character names), clan names, clan descriptions, and other texts in WoD, as well as @username and other public data of the Telegram account used for playing WoD, which:
8.1. Are direct or indirect insults or threats, as well as discrimination on any grounds.
8.2. They contain direct or indirect advertising of third-party resources that have nothing to do with the project.
8.3. They carry any kind of propaganda, provocations to incite conflicts, violations of the rules of the game, are or may be flash mobs of public disputes with the administration.
8.4. Partially or completely consist of words or phrases that may give false information about the player, as a result of which he may impersonate another player.
8.5. Prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Punishment for violation of clause 8 (clauses 8.1-8.5): indefinite blocking or deletion of the game character, as well as blocking the telegram account linked to it in all chats of the project.
Additionally
1. Disputes that are not specified in these rules are at the discretion of the game administration.
2. The rules of the game may be supplemented or changed by the administration in the event of new negative precedents or possible unpleasant situations.
3. These rules also apply to already committed violations specified in these rules.
