The World of Dogs Helper Chat is designed to help every player who has questions about the game, regardless of whether these questions are simple or complex. We do not judge any player for his question, but help him to learn our cool World of Dogs!

1.1. This chat works on a Question-and-Answer basis. One player asks for help, asks a question, and the others help him.
1.2. If necessary, the player who needs help can ask additional questions or clarify information.
1.3. You can help several players at the same time, but each response must be made in the form of a response to the message to which it is assigned.
1.4. If the dialogue turns into a discussion, where the questioner offers his methods of pumping, then the interlocutors should continue their communication in the general WOD chat.
1.5. This chat also supports players until the moment when the technical intervention of the administration is necessary.

2. For beginners and those who need help:
2.1. If you need any help with the game, then you've come to the right place! This chat will definitely help you.
2.2. Try to formulate the question as accurately as possible, so that the active players understand you and give the correct answer.
2.3. If you haven't received an answer to your question, you can ask it again in a few hours, if it is lost in the flow of other questions and answers. Perhaps the player who knows the answer to your question was absent online.
2.4. Do not ask questions at too frequent intervals. If it hasn't been another 30 minutes since your question and it hasn't been lost in history, then it's worth waiting.
2.5. If you have received an answer to your question, answer the person who helped you, " thank you”, and their level of Helper will be increased. Help the person who helped you in this way.
3. To helpers:
3.1. A helper is everyone who is in this chat and answers questions. After receiving at least one " Thank you”, you become a Helper.
3.2. Even if you've only been playing for a couple of hours and just recently asked a question in this chat, you can help another player with the same question and immediately become a Helper.
3.3. Answer every question, even if there is an answer to it in the FAQ. Do not send a beginner to study large texts when he is interested in something specific. Better copy the answer you need and send it to the person who asks.
3.4. If the issue requires technical intervention of the game administration-give a link to the support bot @BugsWOD_bot
3.5. The most active Helpers will be given incentives from the administration, and the best of the best can be invited to the team of moderators!
4. It is strictly forbidden in the Helpers chat:
4.1. Conduct any discussions that are not related to the topic of this chat.
4.2. Violate the rules of the main WOD chat.
4.3. Abuse of reputation in any of its manifestations. If this is noticed , you will get a mutation and/or your entire reputation will be reset.

5.1. Disputes that are not specified in these rules are at the discretion of the game administration.
5.2. The rules of the chat can be changed by the administration in case of new negative precedents or possible unpleasant situations. When making edits, the date of the last edit in the notes is added (at the bottom of the page).
