SMM Manager

Responsibilities: We are looking for a qualified SMM manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, supporter of the blockchain and crypto industry, experienced in social media and communications, you have an inner desire to change people's lives for the better.

We have over 100,000 people in our community.

You need to develop content plan and headings, write posts, run different activities, set tasks for designers, communicate with users, Key Opinion Leaders and other brands.
Do performance analysis.

- Development of content plans and headings
- Writing posts according to the content plan
- Writing situational posts
- Selection of images for posts
- Drawing up assignments for designers
- Publication of materials strictly on time
- Selection of KOLs for integrations
- Native communication with KOLs and their audience
- Writing meaningful comments under KOLs and brands posts
- Communication with the audience of the project
- Recruiting and supervision the work of community managers
- Media Monitoring
- Regular introduction of new content formats
- Efficiency analysis

Requirements: - Experience in SMM: development of content plans and headings, writing posts, running interactives, setting tasks for designers, communication with users and other brands;
- Expirience with blockchain/cryptocurrency/FinTech/AI spheres
- Experience with KOL (Key Opinion Leaders): selection, forecasts, development and approval of creatives, collection of statistics and analysis of efficiency;
- Experience in hidden marketing: selection of KOLs, writing hidden comments, native communication with influencers, native advertising of the project
- Above average knowledge in healthcare sphere
- Experience working in startups

You’ll have an advantage if you: - have proven experience working with Twitter & Telegram
are familiar with external SMM-instruments
- know your way around PhotoShop, Gimp or Figma
