Rock-Star Project Manager (Amazon Performance Marketing)

We are a fast-growing Amazon performance marketing agency headquartered in Funchal, Portugal. We are looking for a tech-savvy native or fluent top-notch Project Manager full-time (30-35 hours per week) to manage the administration side of our business.

As a fundamental team member, you will support us with Communication, execution of Marketing Departments Coordination, and Technical Operational delivery pieces.

This will involve: Implementation of reorganization of company Google Drives
Working directly with the client’s team and internal performance marketing team
Coordinating marketing deliverables with other team members; organizing reports/assets/images/briefs/graphics, etc
Scheduling social media content
Supporting the sales team with lead generation activities/ sending pre-written messages through direct message boxes on social media
Updating simple workbook/presentation design templates — Uploading and systematization training materials.
Receiving and sending correspondence

Requirements: Native or fluent English speaker
3+ years of experience working with Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc
Stable internet connection
Able to work consistent, reliable hours, morning time is essential as that is when the UA marketing team is online
Able to respond quickly and flexibly to emergencies
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently — Highly organized with excellent time management
Articulate and clear communication skills
Technically proficient and experienced with different types of digital marketing tools
Comfortable with asking questions and contributing to making processes faster and easier
Understanding of Amazon and the Performance Marketing Industry
