This document constitutes the official Terms of Use, Disclaimer, Privacy Notice, and legal information for the JirGear project.

These terms apply to JirGear software, services, Telegram resources, bots, downloads, paid features, documentation, files, and other related materials.

Please read this document carefully before accessing, downloading, installing, using, purchasing access to, or otherwise interacting with JirGear, its software, Telegram channels, Telegram bots, websites, files, services, or related materials.

By accessing or using any part of JirGear, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, Disclaimer & Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use, download, install, purchase, access, or distribute JirGear.

1. UNOFFICIAL THIRD-PARTY PROJECT

JirGear is an independent, unofficial, fan-made third-party project.

JirGear is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, maintained by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Supercell Oy, Brawl Stars, or any of Supercell's subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, representatives, contractors, partners, or service providers.

Nothing published by JirGear should be interpreted as an official communication from Supercell.

JirGear developers, administrators, moderators, contributors, and distributors do not represent Supercell and do not claim to act on behalf of Supercell.

2. TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Brawl Stars, Supercell, their names, trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, game assets, audio, visual materials, interfaces, designs, and other related intellectual property belong to Supercell Oy and/or their respective rights holders.

All third-party trademarks, copyrighted materials, service marks, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

JirGear does not claim ownership of Supercell's intellectual property.

References to Brawl Stars, Supercell, or related products are made solely for identification, compatibility, informational, commentary, research, or descriptive purposes.

3. NO DISTRIBUTION OF THE OFFICIAL GAME

JirGear does not claim ownership of the official Brawl Stars application.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, JirGear does not provide, sell, host, or redistribute original official Brawl Stars APK, IPA, OBB, or other proprietary game packages.

Users are expected to obtain the official game from legitimate and authorized distribution sources such as:

Google Play;
Apple App Store;
other platforms officially authorized by Supercell.

JirGear is not intended to replace the official game or operate as an unofficial distribution platform for copyrighted original game files.

4. THIRD-PARTY MODIFICATION

JirGear software may modify, extend, automate, alter, interact with, or otherwise affect the behavior of third-party software.

Such functionality is unofficial and may not be permitted by the rules or Terms of Service of the affected third-party service.

The existence or availability of JirGear does not imply that its use is permitted by Supercell or any other third party.

5. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

All JirGear software, files, tools, bots, documentation, downloads, services, features, instructions, and related materials are provided:

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

You use JirGear voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

You are responsible for evaluating whether you want to use unofficial third-party software and for understanding the potential consequences before doing so.

6. ACCOUNT BAN AND RESTRICTION RISK

Use of unofficial modifications, third-party programs, automation, altered clients, or unsupported tools may violate the rules, policies, or Terms of Service of Supercell or other service providers.

Possible consequences may include, without limitation:

warnings;
temporary restrictions;
temporary account suspension;
permanent account suspension;
loss of access to an account;
loss of game progress;
loss of virtual items;
loss of virtual currency;
loss of purchased content;
matchmaking restrictions;
service restrictions;
device-related restrictions;
termination of access to online services.

JirGear makes no guarantee that any account will remain safe, undetected, unrestricted, or unbanned.

By using JirGear, you acknowledge and accept that disciplinary action may occur.

7. NO "ANTI-BAN" GUARANTEE

Any references used in JirGear materials to terms such as:

"anti-ban";
"anti-detect";
"undetected";
"safe";
"secure";
"protected";
"low-risk";
"bypass";

must not be interpreted as a guarantee that detection, restriction, suspension, or banning is impossible.

Detection systems, game updates, server-side protections, anti-cheat technologies, and enforcement policies may change at any time.

No JirGear developer, administrator, moderator, contributor, or distributor can guarantee permanent protection against detection or enforcement.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using JirGear, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

deciding whether to use the software;
your game account;
your device;
your operating system;
your files;
your network;
your third-party accounts;
your actions while using the software;
compliance with applicable platform rules;
compliance with applicable laws;
compliance with third-party Terms of Service.

You are responsible for independently reviewing applicable third-party rules before using JirGear.

9. NO WARRANTY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JirGear makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

uninterrupted operation;
continued availability;
future updates;
compatibility;
stability;
performance;
security;
reliability;
detection status;
account safety;
error-free operation;
absence of bugs;
absence of crashes;
absence of data loss;
absence of conflicts with other software.

JirGear functionality may change, become unavailable, or stop working at any time.

10. GAME AND PLATFORM UPDATES

JirGear may become partially or completely incompatible following:

Brawl Stars updates;
server-side updates;
anti-cheat updates;
operating-system updates;
Telegram updates;
API changes;
device firmware changes;
security updates;
changes to third-party services.

There is no guarantee that an update, repair, workaround, replacement, or new JirGear version will be provided.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JirGear developers, administrators, moderators, contributors, distributors, owners, and other persons associated with JirGear shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from voluntary use of the project.

This may include, where legally permitted, losses involving:

accounts;
progress;
virtual currency;
virtual items;
purchases;
subscriptions;
files;
software;
devices;
operating systems;
third-party services;
data;
network access;
business interruption.

Nothing in this document excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. NO GUARANTEE OF SECURITY

Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain JirGear, no software should be considered completely free from vulnerabilities, errors, compatibility issues, or security risks.

Users should maintain reasonable security practices, including:

keeping their device updated;
using official operating-system security protections;
protecting their accounts;
keeping backups of important files.

13. ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS

JirGear does not require users to provide their Supercell ID password.

JirGear administrators should never require users to provide:

email passwords;
Google passwords;
Apple ID passwords;
Telegram login codes;
two-factor authentication codes;
recovery codes;
banking passwords;
Supercell ID verification codes.

Users should never provide such credentials to another person.

Anyone requesting such information while claiming to represent JirGear should be treated as suspicious unless explicitly verified through official JirGear resources.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

JirGear Telegram channels, bots, documentation, websites, or software may contain links to third-party websites, services, repositories, hosting providers, file-sharing services, or other external resources.

Those third parties operate independently.

JirGear does not control and cannot guarantee the:

availability;
accuracy;
safety;
security;
legality;
privacy practices;
content

of third-party services.

Users access external services at their own discretion.

15. THIRD-PARTY FILES

Files uploaded, forwarded, reposted, mirrored, modified, or shared by third parties may not be controlled by JirGear.

Users should verify the source of any third-party file before opening or installing it.

JirGear cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of files modified or redistributed by persons outside official JirGear distribution channels.

16. OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTION SOURCES

Users should obtain JirGear files only from resources explicitly identified by JirGear administration as official.

JirGear is not responsible for modified, reuploaded, impersonated, cracked, repackaged, infected, or malicious copies distributed by unrelated third parties.

Users should be cautious of accounts, bots, websites, or channels falsely claiming to represent JirGear.

Third-party updates may affect paid JirGear functionality.

19. REFUNDS

Where paid JirGear services are offered, refund eligibility may depend on:

applicable consumer-protection laws;

the product or service purchased;
whether digital access has already been supplied;
the published JirGear refund conditions.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT FRAUD

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, stolen payment methods, and intentional abuse of payment systems are prohibited.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

JirGear may restrict access where there is credible evidence of payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, or abuse.

21. AGE AND LEGAL CAPACITY

Users must have the legal capacity required under the laws applicable to them to use JirGear and agree to these terms.

If applicable law requires the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian, the user is responsible for obtaining that permission before purchasing or using JirGear.

Nothing in these terms attempts to remove legal protections that apply specifically to minors.

22. PROHIBITED USE

Users must not use JirGear infrastructure for activities that are unlawful under applicable law.

Users must not use JirGear services to:

distribute malware;
steal credentials;
impersonate other people;
commit payment fraud;
gain unauthorized access to unrelated systems;
distribute stolen personal information;
deliberately attack or damage JirGear infrastructure.

Access may be restricted or terminated in cases of serious abuse.

23. TELEGRAM RULES

Users interacting with JirGear Telegram channels or bots must also comply with Telegram's applicable Terms of Service and platform rules.

JirGear is not responsible for actions taken independently by Telegram against a user, channel, bot, account, or other Telegram resource.

24. COMMUNITY CONTENT

Messages, comments, files, links, screenshots, reviews, statements, or other content posted by community members do not necessarily represent the views of JirGear developers or administration.

Where technically and reasonably possible, JirGear administrators may remove content that violates community rules or applicable law.

25. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users remain responsible for content they voluntarily submit through JirGear communities or services.

Users should not publish:

private credentials;
passwords;
verification codes;
sensitive personal information;
payment credentials;
other people's private data without authorization.

26. PRIVACY

JirGear should collect only information reasonably necessary to operate its services.

Depending on the functionality of JirGear Telegram bots or related services, technically generated information may include:

Telegram display name;
interaction timestamps;
bot commands;
subscription or access status;
technical logs;

The exact information collected depends on the implementation and functionality of the relevant service.

27. TELEGRAM DATA

Telegram itself may process information independently under Telegram's own terms and privacy policy.

JirGear does not control information collected directly by Telegram.

Use of JirGear Telegram resources may therefore also be subject to Telegram's own data-processing practices.

28. PAYMENT DATA

Payments associated with JirGear may be processed through:

Where third-party payment processors are used, payment information may be processed directly by those services.

JirGear does not claim to store full payment-card credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The presence of a feature in one JirGear version does not guarantee that it will exist or function identically in future versions.

36. COPYRIGHT OR RIGHTS-HOLDER REQUESTS

A legitimate copyright owner, trademark owner, or other rights holder who believes that JirGear-related content unlawfully infringes their rights may contact JirGear administration through an official project resource.

38. INDEPENDENT DECISION

Downloading, purchasing, installing, or using JirGear is a voluntary decision made by the user.

Users should evaluate the risks themselves before proceeding.

If you consider the potential loss of your game account unacceptable, you should not use unofficial modifications with that account.

39. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Information provided through JirGear should not be interpreted as legal, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.

Users requiring professional advice regarding their specific circumstances should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

40. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision should be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.

The remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

41. FAILURE TO ENFORCE

Failure by JirGear to enforce a particular provision at one time does not necessarily constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

42. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These JirGear Terms of Use, Disclaimer & Privacy Notice may be updated when:

project functionality changes;
privacy practices change;
payment systems change;
legal requirements change;
third-party services change;
security requirements change.

The latest version should include an updated revision date.

43. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

By accessing, downloading, installing, purchasing, launching, or using JirGear, you acknowledge that:
