Hero ranks and passive skills

In World War Heroes update 1.47, we will be introducing a system of hero ranks and skills. Passive skills will be divided into Legendary, Epic and Rare.

Heroes

We have added heroes to the game and distributed all the skins, hats and masks to them. Characters have now become the skins for a specific heroes.

If you had characters that became heroes after the update, you will receive those heroes!

If your skins have become an appearance for a hero — you will receive the hero that the skin belongs to.

You can change your hero's skin in the "Equipment" section. You'll need to select the hero, press the appearance customization button at the bottom, select the skin you want and press "Upgrade".

Hero ranks

You will be able to level up your heroes, and each one has a rank that increases in battle or by using Battle EXP cards. As you level up your heroes, you will unlock new customization options and skill slots to make them even more powerful.

All heroes who receive a legendary skill in update 1.47 will be able to use it immediately. Rank 2 unlocks a slot for an active skill, and ranks 4 and 6 unlock slots for passive skills.

As you level up, you gain Heroes mastery. This is an overall measure of how well your heroes have been upgraded. The higher the level, the higher the rank your heroes can reach.

Upgrade different heroes to increase your Heroes mastery and unlock new possibilities.

Legendary Passive Skills

With the new version of the game, the first 10 heroes will receive legendary skills. Later we will add new heroes and new skills. Legendary skills are unique to each hero and cannot be replaced. For example, the American soldier Cody has the skill Adrenaline, while the German soldier Paul has Iron Skin. Find out more about legendary skills:

  • Last Chance — grants invulnerability for a few seconds after your armor is shattered
  • Militant — causes the weapon in your inactive slot to reload if you don't switch to it for a few seconds
  • Adrenaline — increases movement speed by 20% for a few seconds after taking damage
  • Survivor — increases movement speed by 15% for a few seconds when a nearby allay dies

Epic and Rare Passive Skills

In update 1.47 we will add 11 new passive skills, which will be divided into rare and epic.

These skills can be obtained for any hero. Skills are divided into epic and rare. Epic skills provide a greater advantage. To change a skill, you need to level up the hero and use the skill selection menu.

When you unlock a slot, you get the skill for free. If you want to change a skill, you can do so in the skills section by clicking on the 'Replace Skill' button. This allows you to get any epic or rare skill except the one previously installed in that slot. With enough tries, you can select any skill for your chosen slot.

❗Important: A hero can only have one skill with the same name. For example, you cannot equip Centurion I and Centurion II at the same time.
