XDAO launches the largest experiment in the world of DAOs!
Our project brings together 2.5 million users of the TONxDAO mini-app into XDAO Labs — a DAO association registered in Singapore. XDAO Labs will become an ecosystem consisting of thousands of Digital Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) that will be able to:

DAO registration becomes as simple as possible
To create a DAO, a participant only needs to fill out a short form. Based on it, a standard Charter is automatically generated, which operates in accordance with the XDAO Labs Constitution
The DAO founders sign the Charter using Web3 wallets with EthSign, a leading digital signature service. After signing, the document can be easily verified. This way, the DAO acquires an official status and gains the ability to conduct transactions and enter into legally binding agreements
According to the XDAO Labs Constitution and DAO Charters:
• Transactions made through the Telegram bot are equivalent to documents with a handwritten signature
• DAO decisions recorded in the bot can be used for arbitration and even in traditional courts for dispute resolution

DAO is a digital organization operating within the legal framework of XDAO Labs. It regulates relationships between DAO members as well as between members and third parties who have accepted the relevant section of the XDAO Labs Constitution
What legal benefits does a DAO provide?

How does the EthSign digital signature work?
EthSign is a digital signature service that verifies who signed a document on the blockchain
• A unique hash of the signed document is generated
• Participants sign it using their Web3 wallet
• The signature is tamper-proof, and the document remains accessible for verification
With EthSign, contracts can be executed in a standard form, and their authenticity can always be verified
Legal recognition of digital signatures
Many countries recognize electronic signatures as legally valid if they confirm the parties’ intent to sign a contract. These countries include the USA, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands (BVI)
EthSign meets the EU’s Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) standards under eIDAS, which ensures:
• Each signature is uniquely linked to the signer
• Signed document data cannot be altered without detection
In Russia, EthSign complies with the Law on Electronic Signatures, and in most countries, blockchain signatures are already accepted as evidence in court
