SYN Mekken - “I have had the pleasure of playing in the same Valorant team as Xenon. He is committed and naturally gifted IGL with an extensive knowledge of the mechanics of the game. He puts a lot of effort into understanding the routes of success by dedicating endless of hours into figuring out new strategies and tactics, but also reviewing old matches in order to get better and to fix what is broken. He has a way of keeping the team together by listening to others and sharing his own ideas/thoughts (both in game and off game). He is mentally very strong and never lets his emotions get in the way of leading the team. On an individual basis, Xenon is a highly intelligent player with sharp aim and good utility usage. This makes him deadly in every situational aspect of the game as he always knows how to adapt.”
SYN Tweets - “'I have gained so much knowledge of teamplay by playing under Xenon's wing and have drasticly improved as a player. His professional, structured and smart approach to the game offer a great perspective. He would be an asset to any team!”

Grow Up eSports Head Coach Frandons - "Nonex is one of the most professional players I've worked with and has, in my perspective, one of the best assets a player could have in his skill set: Coachability. Once he has his objective and key results laid down he will focus on completing them with surgeon-like precision and determination."

When I was 15, I was competing in FPS shooter Point Blank(Project Blackout) for 3 years. I was gainingНабирался опыта IGL и игры на турнирах, в том числе LAN(Point Blank Cyber Sport Series 2011 и прочие).
After that I had long break - university, work, business. And after Valorant I go back to my FPS career, and have started to invest a lot of time in this game.

- Have experience of official matches and scrims against tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 teams. (Gambit eSports[79k usd earnings], Exile[3000 usd earnings], Anubis gaming[38k usd earnings])
I've won some tournaments with mixed teams. Participated in few LAN tournaments in Moscow. Last time I ve been playing mostly in EU teams. 11. My expectations from organisation:
I m looking for serious full time project. In my previous team, main problem was amount of time that players can dedicate for practice.
That's why I would like to have an org, which may provide good conditions for stable 5-day practice 4-6 hours a day.
I am open to offers from organizations/teams that are interested in working together.
