P2P Market xRocket is a platform for cryptocurrency transactions between users.
A transaction involves two parties: Buyer and Seller.
The Seller agrees to transfer cryptocurrency to the Buyer at a pre-agreed price after the Buyer completes the payment.
Important:
1. xRocket is not a party to the transaction – all transactions are conducted directly between users.
2. xRocket acts solely as a platform, providing informational support for user interactions.
3. Users must review these rules before trading. By conducting transactions, you automatically agree to the established rules.
4. The xRocket administration reserves the right to modify the rules without prior notice to users.
General Rules for All Users
All users must communicate respectfully with the other party and the administration.
The use of profanity, insults, or aggressive statements is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent activities and deliberate misinformation are prohibited.
It is forbidden to impersonate an xRocket administrator.
All communication between transaction parties must take place exclusively via the xRocket chat.
Sharing personal contact details, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or third-party messengers, is prohibited.
Users are not allowed to include personal or contact information in advertisements.
Users must comply with their country’s legal requirements regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
Violating these rules may result in user bans, transaction freezes, or other actions at the administration's discretion.
Terms for Sellers
Commission: 1% of the transaction amount is charged to the Seller.
If you create a sales listing:
- Provide the following details:
- Type of cryptocurrency for sale.
- Accepted payment currency.
- Fixed selling rate.
- Transaction limits (minimum/maximum).
- Payment deadline.
- Payment method (bank, e-wallet).
- Additional conditions (without contact details).
- After listing publication:
- Buyers can send transaction requests.
- The seller confirms the request, and the transaction amount is locked.
- After receiving the payment:

Terms for Buyers
If you purchase from a listing:
- Review the transaction terms and send a request to the seller.
- After transaction confirmation:
- Complete the payment in one transfer using the provided details.
- Ensure the payment details match the transaction conditions.
- Confirm the payment via the platform.
- If the payment is not confirmed on time, a dispute will be opened after the payment deadline expires.
- If the seller does not confirm receipt:
Disputes and Resolution
Users must make every effort to resolve disputes independently.
If no compromise is reached, parties may open a dispute via the platform.
- The administration has the right to request any documents confirming the payment (a payment receipt, a screen recording from the bank/e-wallet/payment service application containing the necessary information, or correspondence with the support service of the bank/e-wallet/payment service confirming that the payment was made).
- All requested information must be provided within the timeframe specified by the administration.
- Failure to provide the requested information or lack of response within the specified timeframe may be interpreted as a loss of interest in resolving the dispute and may affect its final decision.
The xRocket administration makes a decision based on the provided data.
The dispute resolution timeframe may vary depending on the circumstances.
The administration reserves the right to block or restrict a user’s access to the platform for rule violations.
