Two days ago, Vitalik Buterin posted on his Twitter, where he exposed the controversial project Notcoin, but immediately praised the developers for their cleverness and ability to manipulate the audience. His words quickly spread across the Internet and became a meme:

"Listing quantum uncertainty. They recruited 25 million miners into their cult, hungry for easy money. People, like puppets, registered on Binance and subscribed to a bunch of useless Telegram channels. If there is a listing, it will only be a Pump&Dump. Honestly, we need guys like them in the marketing department, I approve of their approach."

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao refuted the information regarding the Notcoin listing:

"Firstly, I am no longer the CEO. Secondly, what is Notcoin? Wifi doesn't catch well in my prison cell. Okay, I'll go do push-ups off the floor."

Such a surge in media personalities' activity is due to recent news from Notcoin developers. All we can do is believe and wait for the funniest joke on April 1st.
