Nowdays all people want to be a leader. I think it is great for people. People will develop and become better. However, not every one can be a leader and not everyone given to be a leader. However, if you have potential to be a leader, do not lose it. Because in the future it will be difficult for you.

Leadership qualities of a leader, we understand the total qualities of his psychological qualities, abilities and characteristics of interaction with the group, ensuring the success of his leadership functions.In short, the team leader must be sociable, decisive, smart and courageous. Each leader of his team must possess these qualities. If he does not possess these or similar qualities, his team will be poor and will not achieve good results.
