Rules & amp; Agreements Before Ordering

Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance) is deemed to be payment for services provided by Contractor.

1. Responsibilities of the Parties

1.1 The Executor undertakes to provide a working server (service) in full for its full payment.

1.2 Customer is fully responsible for all his actions which caused problems with the OS, any software installed on the virtual / dedicated server.

1.3 Problems with the operating system or any other software installed on the virtual server by the Client are the Client's responsibility.

1.4 The Executor has the right to block the service(s) in the following cases:

• 1.4.1 Causing damage by the client of an impressive amount (more than 5000r).
• 1.4.2 Defamation which is directly or indirectly damages the Provider's reputation.
• 1.4.3 In the case of receiving complaints from third-party services, that on the server is conducted illegal activities.
• 1.4.4 In case of inadequate behavior, aggression, directed to the Contractor.
• 1.4.5 In case of violation of any clause of the rules.

1.5 Executor does not bear any responsibility for the safety of the data on the Server in case of

• 1.5.1 Infrastructure hacking by 3rd parties.
• 1.5.2 Damage of equipment (storages (disks)).
• 1.5.3 Not timely prolongation (renewal) of the server.
• 1.5.4 If the actions (direct or indirect) of the Client led to the damage (deletion) of data.

1.6 The Client agrees not to use (No abusive) virtual / dedicated server for illegal activities.
1.7 Client agrees not to conduct activities on the servers, which would entail damage to the equipment.
1.8 Company does not guarantee 100% availability of the network and host machines, but will compensate all downtime.
1.9 All planned technical works, updates and the like activities are warned in advance with the terms of their implementation. This item does not include force majeure situations and unscheduled works.

2. Order of payment

2.1 Services are provided on the basis of 100% prepayment for 2-5 minutes, and up to 48 hours in the case of dedicated servers or other special orders.
2.2 Payment is made only to the author of the theme. No other persons can represent themselves on my behalf and demand money from you for rent (prolongation).

3. Anything to do with refunds

3.1 Refunds are available only if the server is not working due to the fault of the Company for the actually unused days.
3.2 If refund is approved, then the refund is made within 24 hours to the account from which payment was made.
3.3 To get the refund, you must write a support request with the subject "Refunds" in the personal cabinet at https://t.me/YeezyHost_robot.
3.4 In case of violation of the terms of service, the Company has the right to refuse the Customer to refund.
3.5 If due to the fault of the Customer to whom the refund is made, the Company incurred losses (disconnection of servers, networks, IP blacklisting, etc.) the amount of costs incurred by the Company shall be deducted from the refund amount.
