Cardoo is a fintech company. Our product, DepositFree, eliminates the need for security deposits in the rental industry. We work together with rental companies to help travelers enjoy their trips.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to join our team. The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy of sales, will take responsibility for revenue, identify bottlenecks, accelerate the growth of the company and bring sales to a new level!

Responsibilities:

- creating sales strategy

- development and execution of the sales plan, optimization of business processes, motivation systems, and automation of work

- personal sales to key clients and building relationships with regular partners

- building the team of sales

- organizing marketing activities, product promotion

Requirements:

- experience working in a startup and understand how working in a startup differs from working in a corporation

- you have successful experience in a similar position in international selling of the products or services

- you have successfully cases of building an effective sales department

- you are familiar with the market realities, think in metrics, and understand how they should grow

- you can establish effective communication within the team and with clients

- you show flexibility in solving non-standard and complex tasks

- you take a proactive position and always look for opportunities for business development

- English level - Upper Intermediate

Experience in fintech will be an advantage.
