Customer support representative (night shift)
Vista Trans Holding — an American transport company.
🕓 Schedule: Monday — Sunday, 3/3 (1 AM — 10 AM).
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and be customer service oriented.
💻 A specialist will be responsible for the following:
— Tracking the training process of the drivers;
— Monitoring Driver Daily Logs and giving the employees immediate feedback and required corrective action;
— Tracking DOT inspections/citations/ traffic tickets and taking safety measures;
— Keeping vehicle maintenance records;
— Performs other tasks as necessary;
🔍 Skills/Attributes:
— Level of English B2+;
— Good communication skills, ability to work productively under pressure, high level of detail orientation, strong data entry skills;
— Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
— Ability to multi-task and focus on details in a fast-paced environment.
