Some experts believe that it is better to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather that secondary school. In my country childrens starts to learn a foreign language from kindergarten. For example: i've srated learn english lenguage from kindergarten.

In one hand it is good to children start learn a foreign language from primary school, because thanks to this, in the future it will be easier for them to take into account this language and others languages. This will expand their range of knowledge from early childhood and give them future benefits. From early childhood, children will be able to communicate with children of one or another nationality and also improve diplomatic relations between some countries.

On the other hand it can reduce love and zeal to learn their native language, because they may like a foreign language more than their native language. This may cause a decline in patriotism in the country. In the worst case scenario, this may lead to the disappearance of the language, but this case is unlikely.
In my opinion, childrens should begin learning a foreign language from primary school or even kindergarten, because it will lead to good consequences.
