❤️ I dreamed about peace and security place in the heart of Spain.
Before buying an apartment, I have visited different countries. I have been to Italy, France, and Greece. I also traveled around Spain, different coasts and cities, and most of all I liked the Costa Blanca region. It has a pleasant climate: there is no sweltering heat in summer, and in winter it is warmer than in other parts of the country. In general, when I thought about my own house, Spain was a priority.
I decided to buy an apartment through the Granfield Estate Agency. I chose it based on reviews on thematic forums. Several of its participants highly recommended this agency.
I have met many people who have bought in Spain. The first thing many people do wrong is to look for a house directly, instead of choosing a region-a city/village and, finally, a house, in that order. Just like they would do it in their own country. Just use a reliable agent (there are good and bad ones, as in any profession) and a lawyer, and you won't have any problems. Keep in mind that most scams in the past were committed by the buyers countrymen, so that they speak your language is not a guaranty.
There were a lot of options for our budget then. Less – those that fit our requirements. I dreamed of living in a full-fledged city, not in a small village or village. At the same time, I didn't want to live in the center, I was looking for something on the coast.

🏠☀️🌊 This is a two-bedroom apartment in a multi-storey building on the first line. We have three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and another 16-meter terrace with sea views. From the house you can take the elevator down to your little beach. We didn't need more than that.
I like life in Spain. But you must understand that people here have a different culture and a different life experience. On the one hand, they are quite friendly, open and pleasant. They are always willing to make contact, talk, respond to a request for help.
It is difficult for us, residents of a typical European city, who are used to living in a speedy rhythm, to adjust to a relaxed way. But without this forced braking, it will be difficult to live in Spain. So the advice from a seasoned: the time that you have allocated to any business, safely multiply by two, or even three.
In fact, right now I feel like I'm becoming more and more Spanish, relaxed and happy.
My biggest dream has come true💫💫💫
