About PROJECT:
The company is looking for a talented HRG to join our company who will be able to independently manage 70% recruitment processes and 30% HR processes. The company processes are well established so you will have the opportunity to work well and improve your skills. Your close communication will be with CEO, SEO, sales department.
Requirements:
Work only remotely. Full-time work schedule according to your country's time zone
Experience of 2+ years recruiter or HRG in IT company
HRM,ATS systems, Slack, Trello, Notion, Miro, Google docs/sheets,Docu sign - it would be important to own these or similar systems
Searching for candidates on LinkedIn, Djinni, Job platforms, Github, StackOverflow, and other, using Boolean operators, X-rays, Google CSE
- Recruitment tasks
- full cycle of the recruitment process (selection of resumes; drawing up a search map for each vacancy, entering data into the Huntflow system, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, searching for new channels, writing feedback, writing scripts for mailings).
