Reviews of "The Mind, Explained - A 2019 Documentary" from the Web:

This is Netflix's release of short films in 2019. Oscar winner Emma Stone provided the narration. The five episodes of the series run from 19 to 21 minutes each. It discusses dreams, meditation, memory development, anxiety disorders, the use of LSD drugs in people with mental health disorders, and the effects of those drugs. The show is incredibly educational and explains everything in simple terms. It is fascinating to understand how our minds work and how they affect us.

You won't be bogged down with dry theories throughout the series. Viewing images is very relaxing.

This is a must-watch series if you enjoy documentaries. You will learn some truly incredible things.
