Norwegian Air passengers must notify Tours and Travel of the cancellation of the trip. If the airline does not receive the notice, then the total cost of the passengers will be considered as a charged trip.

If the entire trip of the passengers is canceled less than 72 hours before the departure of the flight, then they will be entitled to the total cost of the trip.

If the 72-hour period is exceeded, the refund will be based on the amount to be provided by the travel agencies and hotels in the destination. The air will not be restored. Refunds that will be initiated will charge a 15% fee.

In case of lost services, meals, scheduled visits or any other absence from check-in at the hotel, the airline will not initiate a refund. Two changes will be allowed after the route without refund of confirmed and prepaid services, unless hotels and travel agencies provide a refund at the destination.
