Olea Peranzana

The Peranzana olive tree is tall. The variety is considered to be the original. Not a hybrid.

The fruits are oval in shape and reach an average of 4-5 g. The ripe olive has a black color. Not a lot of oil from this variety is obtained at the output, so its fruits are more often used for marinade.

The variety Rotondella is suitable for pollination.

The oil that is made from it has an excellent aroma. Also has an ideal ratio of spices and light bitterness.

This olive can withstand drought and strong winds well. But it is not a frost-resistant variety.
