Why my account deleted, i don't spam or anything? [en]

Some reasons, why telegram can ban accounts with userbots

  • Basically, userbots violates Telegram's Terms of Service
  • IP (mostly free servers aka heroku, which used by spammers)
  • Default API_ID & API_HASH (If your account is less than two years old, recommended create and use your own at my.telegram.org. You can check approximate date of registration with bots, ex. @creationdatebot)
  • Low karma value

What is karma? This is an internal Telegram value indicating,
how much the tg trusts your account. It is made up of many factors:

  • Account registration date (new accounts have less karma)
  • Account activity (Text mom once at day or instantly spam is different things.)
  • Your phone number's country (in some countries aka *stans like Uzbekistan/Kazakhstan telegram restricts you by default, with virtuals same thing)
  • Karma of other accounts, which were logged in from the same ip (read second ban reason). Yes, it happens. If you log in from your own ip to spammer account, you may lose everything (including the main account you never spammed from)

Remember that Dragon Userbot has nothing to do for delete your account. No DeleteAccountRequest is performed when installing/logging in with dragon. Proof of this: github repo + commits history.

What can i do, if my account deleted?

You can try your luck at restoring your account by writing to
recover@telegram.org. Or @smstelegram on twitter. Write strictly in English and never mention your attempt to set up a userbot. You can also ask for templates in the chat (1,2).
