Windows Restore Point

First press WIN+R and write there ( systempropertiesprotection )

Go to System Properties, select drive C, click Configure, Tun on system protection and set it to 10%, click Apply

Click Create, enter any name in English and click Create

Congratulations, now if you have any errors during optimization, you can always revert the system back

Ultimate Performance Power Plan

To avoid problems with the Power plan and to ensure that your system is always running at ultimate performance, you need to turn on ultimate performance

The first step is to copy the code below, and paste it into Windows PowerShell (Admin)

Right-click Start, and run Windows PowerShell (Admin)

Next, we insert the code and press ENTER
powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

After that we need to check if our Power Plan has been activated

Press WIN+R and paste it in there powercfg.cpl

The first step is to go to the path - This PC - Documents - Call of Duty - players

Now we need to open the s file. 1.0.cod24.txt0 - open with notepad (you may have one file that opens TXT format at once)

After opening, we start searching for values via CTRL+F key combinations

Show blood effects - false
When limiting blood effects, number of milliseconds between effects - 1

Once done, click File - Save

Now we copy everything in the file we just edited and move to the next file with the same name

Paste it into the next file and save it, we should have 2 files with our values
The next step, we need to make sure that the file is not modified without our request

Right-click on the file - properties - Set Read-only - Apply
Do the same with the second file
Your settings are now fixed
and every time you enter the game they will be applied, it is recommended to immediately change the settings inside the game, to change the settings we will need to remove Read-only
