Business Development Manager for a startup consulting firm
BulletPoint — international consulting firm which helps startups to create pitch decks / financial models and raise investments.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us with increasing projects pipeline.
You will have a lot of calls and meetings with startups which are already interested in our services (no cold calling), and you will regularly travel to the startup conferences in different cities (Dubai, London, Riga, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.).

— We offer them the creation of pitch decks (content+design), financial models, business plans, and introductions to investors

What you can expect:
— Learn all about startups. Working in our company, you will dive deep in the world of high-tech startups. >90% of our clients are from the Silicon Valley, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other startup hubs. You will be able to work directly with founders of startups in the AI, Blockchain, Biotech, IoT and other similar fields.
— Grow quickly. You will work with a strong team of business analysts, some of whom have a background in BIG3/4 management consulting firms, private equity funds and investment banking. All of our analysts are students or alumni of top-tier schools (HSE, HSE/NES, MSU, etc.).
— Have a flexible schedule. Work from home or in the office. With us, you can combine travels with working remotely, or work on the weekends staying at your full-time job. For us only results are important.
The successful candidate is:
— Fluent English speaker with great command of written and spoken English (you will be interacting with native and non-native speakers, so you should be comfortable with different accents and levels of English)
— Radiating confidence
— Able to learn quickly about our businesses and services we provide, so the clients will perceive him as an expert in the domains of VC funding / startups
What you are expected to do:
— Respond to sales requests (we are getting requests from startups every day; no need for cold calls, of these startups already express interest)
— Set up calls with leads from our existing database and close deals
— Travel to the startup conferences in different geographies
— Communicate with leads through email / LinkedIn
— Improve the existing sales script (at first you will be provided with a detailed script and audio recordings of the negotiations with potential clients)
Conditions:
We offer a monthly salary + % from sales. In your application please offer a monthly salary (or hourly rate in case of part-time work) you consider to be fair. The % from sales will be discussed during the interview.
At first, you will be working from our office, with the possibility of working remotely once you get the hang of the job. We are located 3 min away from Paveletskaya metro station.
