Senior Marketing Manager for a startup consulting firm

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time job. You will manage a team of 7-10 employees in the Marketing Department, control the execution of key business processes, and temporary conduct performance management function.

No management experience is required for this position, but will be a strong advantage.

Salary = 80,000β‚½ NET (for full-time).

Working in our company, you will dive deep in the world of high-tech startups. >90% of our clients are from the Silicon Valley, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other startup hubs. You will be able to work directly with founders of startups in the AI, Blockchain, Biotech, IoT and other similar fields.

β€” Have a flexible schedule. Work from home or in the office. With us, you can combine travels with working remotely or work on the weekends staying at your full-time job. For us only results are important.


Job description:

You will manage our Marketing Team on a day-to-day basis, support business processes and take over the performance management function.

β€” Manage marketing associates by giving them daily plans, setting KPIs, providing feedback, coaching them and answering their questions. The current team consists of 7 associates, and we hire 3 more in the next two weeks.

β€” Ensure that our key checklists, tables, and manuals do not contain any inaccuracies and are up-to-date (CRM, general projects timeline and checklist, payroll calculations, etc.). Implement new business processes and get feedback from employees on their efficiency to make sure we are building a scalable business.

β€” Track KPIs, set new goals for employees, analyze their efficiency and highlight cases of low performance to make sure our team consists only of top-performers.

In the beginning, you will be provided with a detailed explanation on how to do each of these tasks mentioned.

Requirements:

β€” We consider the candidates who don't have any management experience, but that would be an advantage

β€” Intermediate level of English or above

β€” Maximum accuracy and attention to detail

β€” Fast learner

β€” Laptop

At first, you will be working from our office, with the possibility of working remotely once you get the hang of the job. We are located 3 min away from Paveletskaya metro station.
