Business Diversity Training, also called workplace diversity training or workplace equality training, is a group of special training sessions specifically designed to enhance awareness of, and increased commitment to, diversity at work. It covers topics such as cultural diversity, gender diversity, age diversity, sexual orientation and identity, and other areas that may be legally defined as diversity. The training is offered by a wide range of organizations. However, not every business is required to take part in the program.
