Hematology, also referred as Haematology, is a branch of medicine related to the study of disease, treatment and prevention, due to diseases related to blood. This includes treating diseases affecting the blood cells and its components, such as blood cells, hemoglobin, blood proteins, bone marrow, platelets, blood vessels, spleen, and coagulation mechanisms. Such diseases may include hemophilia, blood clots (thrombus), other bleeding disorders and blood cancers such as leukemia, multiple myeloma, and lymphoma. Laboratory work in blood studies is often done by a medical technologist or medical laboratory scientist.
The cell line is established cell culture, which gets increased numerous times when supplied with the growth medium and space for growth. Different cell lines can be made from different cells. The cell line plays a vital role in the study of cytology. The cell line enables stepwise alterations in the structure, physiology, and genetic makeup of cells under a customized environment. Cell-line development is a constant priority in the science of life. With the rapid replacement of animal studies with cell- and tissue-based assays, researchers are increasingly relying on cells that exhibit increasing biological relevance. Similarly, therapeutic biotechnology is constantly striving to improve the efficiency of production cells in terms...
