Offer and Instructions for Jesse

The main mission of this collaboration is to expand the reach of Infiniti by connecting with promising startup founders and introducing them to our platform's capabilities. Our goal is to build a strong pipeline of projects that can benefit from our expertise in product development and market launch, while also providing value to investors through reliable and diversified opportunities. By using experienced teams, a structured approach to development, and innovative investment models, we aim to create sustainable success for both the founders and our community of investors.

We believe that by offering both funding and a dedicated team to help founders bring their products to market, we reduce the risks for all stakeholders involved. This, in turn, allows us to create long-term partnerships, achieve significant market impact, and ensure the growth and success of all participants. Jesse's role is crucial in making this vision a reality, by connecting with founders, guiding them through the initial stages, and helping them understand the immense value that Infiniti can provide.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. Personalized Contact with Founders:
    • You need to find promising startups and contact their founders directly through the platform or social networks.
    • Use the following message structure: "Hi, I reviewed your project, and it looks very promising. We are interested in potential investment and would like to discuss the details. Can we schedule a meeting?"
    • The main goal is to create interest and confidence in the founder that they have a real chance to receive investment, encouraging them to agree to the call.
  2. Conducting Meetings and Discussing the Offer:
    • During the call, explain that Infiniti is interested in creating sustainable project success, and that investment is possible on the condition of using our team for product development and launch.
    • Emphasize that using the Infiniti team will help bring the product to market faster and with higher quality, minimizing risks and increasing the chances of success.
    • Answer all the founder's questions and assess their motivation and readiness for cooperation.
  3. Founder Evaluation and Lead Qualification:
    • During the meeting, assess the founder's level of motivation, openness to collaboration, and understanding of the market. Ask questions about the project's goals, the time they are willing to commit, and their vision for working with the Infiniti team.
    • If the founder shows interest and meets the criteria, add them to the CRM as a qualified lead and schedule a joint meeting with the CTO and Paul.
  4. Meeting Recording and YouTube Upload:
    • All meetings with founders must be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel as proof of work.
    • The videos will be used as evidence of the meetings held and the interest in the project.

Time Required for Tasks:

  • Message Writing: Using the template and ChatGPT, writing a personalized message takes an average of 5-10 minutes.
  • Processing Responses and Organizing Meetings: Processing responses and organizing the meeting takes an average of 10-15 minutes per meeting.
  • Conducting Meetings: Each meeting takes about 30-45 minutes, including recording and subsequent uploading to YouTube.
  • Lead Evaluation and Qualification: Evaluating and adding to CRM takes approximately 10-15 minutes per lead.

Responses and Meetings:

  • It is expected that, on average, 3-4 responses will be received from every 10 messages, of which 1-2 will lead to confirmed meetings in Google Meet.
  • Approximate Hourly Rate: $400 / 18-28 hours = $14.29 - $22.22 per hour.
  • We are willing to pay for each successful meeting that has been recorded and uploaded to YouTube. Each meeting is paid at $20.
  • On average, if you organize 20 meetings per month, your income will be $400.
  • Considering that your previous payment was $500 for a full working month (160 hours), this new offer will allow you to work more flexibly and potentially earn a similar amount with less time spent.

Approximate Total Time Required for All Tasks per Month:

  • Message Writing: 20 messages × 5-10 minutes = 100-200 minutes (1.5-3.5 hours).
  • Processing Responses and Organizing Meetings: 20 responses × 10-15 minutes = 200-300 minutes (3.5-5 hours).
  • Conducting Meetings: 20 meetings × 30-45 minutes = 600-900 minutes (10-15 hours).
  • Lead Evaluation and Qualification: 20 leads × 10-15 minutes = 200-300 minutes (3.5-5 hours).

Total: approximately 18-28 hours per month.

  • For 20 meetings per month: $20 × 20 meetings = $400.
  • Additionally, if there are more meetings or additional tasks, the income may increase.

Training Support:

Paul is willing to allocate 2-3 hours weekly for training, including reviewing your messages, target audience selection methods, and making adjustments to message writing.
