Инструкция:

1. Покупаем VPN или прокси страны, регион которой нам нужен. Подключаемся.
Проверяем, правильно ли определяется регион в Steam (достаточно зайти на страницу регистрации аккаунта и посмотреть, какую страну он видит https://store.steampowered.com/join )

2. Переходим на страницу пополнения баланса https://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds

И выбираем нужный нам регион

3. Переходим на страницу активации кодов https://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode

4. Вводим гифт код и жмём "Продолжить"

5. Готово! Регион и валюта аккаунта изменится сразу.
