NODE FROM NILLION NETWORK | PER TWO CLICKS 🔥

1. First of all, purchase a server from AEZA, Contabo or Spacecore.

We’ve started using the AEZA service more due to its high reliability and speed. However, you can also choose Contabo.


Server specifications:

  • 4 CPU
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 100 GB SSD

2. Set up the server on your PC.

Log in using the command root@ip.

But before that, we recommend securing your server. Read more in our article.

3. Install the script.

Run the following command and download:

sudo bash -c 'git clone https://github.com/dknodes/nillion.git && cd nillion && chmod ugo+x nillionDK.sh && ./nillionDK.sh'
Command 1 – Install Command 2 – Start Node
Command 3 – View Node Logs
Command 4 – Stop and Remove Node
Command 5 – Check Registration Node
Command 6 – Restart Node
Command 0 – Exit

To use the commands, press the appropriate number and then the "enter".

4. Add Nillion Chain in Wallet

1. Add Nillion Chain in Wallet

Download the Keplr wallet and sign up.

Don’t forget to save your wallet’s seed phrase and password in a secure place.

2. Go to the Nillion website and connect your wallet to add the nillion-chain-testnet-1 network.

3. If you don’t see the network in Keplr, add it manually.

4. Copy your wallet address and request tokens from the faucet.

5. Install the Node

Step 1.

Enter command 1 and Install the Node

Then you’ll need the Account Id and PublicKey that you obtained during the setup in the first step.

Step 2.

Back on the Nillion website, click Verified — Set up for Linux and go to step 5: Initialising the verifier.

Fill in the corresponding fields and sign the transaction.

Step 3.

Step 4.

Go to the faucet and request tokens for the Account Id address you received during setup.

Please note, we request tokens from the faucet TWICE. The first time for our wallet, and the second for the AccountID.

After that, you’ll need to wait about 30 minutes for the node to install.


Step 5.

Enter command 2 and Start the Node

Congrats! The node is set up! JUST IN 2 CLICKS!


6. View Node Logs

Press command 3

7. Monitor the node

Check the node's work on the website.
