Vassals here can ✏️tutor your vassals to discover their talents or increase their skills."
The Guild 🧰 is in the blue district . Once you build 🧱 the Guild 🧰, you can give the Orders 📜 to Tutor ✏️ your Non Playing Character 👤 (NPC) vassals 👥. You can initiate tutor ✏️ from the Order📜 menu, the Guild 🧰, or a vassals 👥 view id. The first level of tutoring ✏️ will reveal the skill of the vassal 👥 at level 1. Each additional tutoring ✏️ will develop the vassal 👥 skill 1 level. Each level adds 5% to the vassal's 👥 power ⚜️ when placed in a building that matches it's skill. This power ⚜️ bonus is added to the vassal 👥 before the building level ⭐️ bonus is added.
