Join the UAE-based commodity trading company as a Financial Partner and lead finance across global operations

This is a hands-on role designed for someone who thrives on precision, structure, and making an impact. You’ll work directly with the CEO and CFO and have full ownership over the financial processes across the company.

What you’ll own:
Financial Reporting & Closures
— Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings (GL, AR/AP, FX, reconciliations).
— Prepare IFRS-compliant P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements.
— Deliver actionable management packs (profitability, liquidity, KPIs, shipment economics).
Budgeting & Forecasting
— Develop rolling forecasts, analyze variances, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
Compliance, Tax & Audit
— Ensure timely VAT and CIT filings in line with UAE FTA standards.
— Lead external audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Transfer Pricing & Intercompany
— Manage cross-border transactions and defend TP positions under UAE regulations.
Cash Flow & Working Capital
— Oversee cash movements and ensure liquidity across global operations.

We’re looking for:
Proven experience: financial control, tax reporting, and FP&A in commodity trading companies.
Hands-on mindset: own the numbers, systems, and processes.
UAE tax & audit expertise: familiar with VAT, CIT, and FTA regulations.
Cross-border experience: comfortable with transfer pricing and intercompany dealings.
Fluent English and Russian.

Setup & benefits:
