Credit Bank of Moscow is the second-biggest private bank in Russia and is the financial center of a large private investment holding (Region-Rossium)
PF-PESS is a specialized group of qualified professionals with investment banking, private equity and Big4 background working to analyze, structure and execute complex and unconventional financing, including non-recourse project finance, mezzanine, LBO and public-private partnership. The Group provides support to the Bank as well as the companies of the holding in their strategic decision making and deal execution
- Support senior stuff with analyzing, building and developing complex financial models
- Contribute to the analysis of investment projects
- Due diligence, negotiations of documentations and communicate with clients
- Critical assessment of projections, scenario analysis
- Master the Bank’s credit process and internal interface
- Top-tier university graduate (e.g. HSE, MSU, NES) with an outstanding educational track record for Intern
- More than 6 months of relevant work experience is a must (primarily within IB / PE / Big4 corporate finance or business valuation group) for Junior analyst
- Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Availability to work full-time
- Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal
- CFA certificate is an advantage
